Cordilline (Cordyline australis) is a plant belonging to the Asparagaceae family and native to New Zealand. In nature it can reach up to 15 meters in height, branched to the top with a crown of linear leaves. It doesn't like cold temperatures prefering temperatures above 10-15°C. Generally grown in apartments in bright areas but shouldn't be exposed to direct sunlight. It's usually used for ornamental purposes.
